5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

6. Complaints and Returns

•    Complaints must be filed within 14 days of receiving the product.
•    Returns must be sent to the address provided in the complaint confirmation.
•    In the case of a valid complaint, we will replace the product or offer a refund.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
